Rapid Response Housing owns and operates a complete, new and unused 404-bed modular workforce camp staged in Rapid City, South Dakota. The modules were built in 2013–2014 by Guerdon, one of North America's leading commercial modular manufacturers, and have never been occupied.

We work with project owners, EPC contractors, mining and energy operators, data center developers and government agencies who need certified, professional-grade accommodation faster than conventional construction can deliver it. Units load within 24-hour ship lead time and we serve United States and Canada.
