Transport & Logistics
We coordinate flatbed and RGN transport from the Rapid City yard to your site, including permits, escorts and route survey for oversize loads. Units are blocked, braced and shipped ready to set. We sequence deliveries so dorms land first and the kitchen module set follows the utility rough-in.
Site Prep Guidance
You will get a stamped-ready layout with footprint dimensions, setback and corridor geometry, pad and crane access requirements, utility entry points and load figures. We do not sell dirt work; we tell your civil contractor exactly what the camp needs so the pad is right the first time.
Assembly & Installation
Full install available: crane set, leveling and cribbing, marriage-line seal, corridor connection, electrical tie-in and mechanical commissioning. Note that assembly materials for roof, floor, interior corridors and end walls are quoted separately from the modules themselves.
Lease Terms
Monthly leases from 6 months, structured per bed or per building, with lease-to-own conversion available. Leases can be scoped to a phase (dorms only for the construction peak, full camp for operations) and scaled down as your headcount drops.
Camp Management Referrals
We sell and lease the asset; we will connect you with vetted catering and camp management operators who run food service, housekeeping, janitorial and front-desk operations. You can also self-perform. The kitchen is a complete commercial facility, not a warming line.
Assembly materials for roof, floor, interior corridors and end walls are sold separately.
